feat(04-03): install react-pdf and configure Next.js transpilePackages

- npm install react-pdf (v9+ pulls in pdfjs-dist automatically)
- Add transpilePackages: ['react-pdf', 'pdfjs-dist'] to next.config.ts
- Build verified passing after config change
